Summary

Vibe Check is a youth exchange focused on wellbeing and self-fulfillment, creating a safe and inspiring space for young people to explore what it means to feel balanced, confident, and connected in today’s world. Through non-formal learning methods such as workshops, group discussions, creative activities, reflection sessions, and intercultural exchange, participants will deepen their understanding of mental, emotional, and social wellbeing.

The exchange encourages self-reflection, peer learning, and open dialogue, allowing participants to share experiences, challenge stereotypes, and learn from one another’s perspectives and cultures. By combining experiential learning with teamwork and creativity, Vibe Check supports personal growth, strengthens social skills, and fosters a sense of belonging. The project aims to empower young people with practical tools and insights they can use to support their own wellbeing and contribute positively to their communities.
